ENOA officials officiate over 1,500 basketball games a year. We provide officials for all non-varsity games at Lincoln Public Schools, as well as other schools in Lincoln and surrounding communities.
To make sure we provide qualified officials to our schools, all ENOA officials have to be registered with the Nebraska Schools Activities Association (NSAA).
While we do not officiate varsity games for LPS, we do assign experienced officials for varsity games at schools outside of Lincoln.
We provide clinics, online training, newsletters, and meeting for our membership. The ENOA Board also continuously works with schools to negotiation competitive pay for our officials.
Scheduling of games is quick and easy. We use an online platform called Arbiter where you set your availability and then our assignors determine games assignments based on experience and what members are available to work.
